At night, on Sundays and Public Holidays please contact your local police.
We aim to give you the best possible service but if you have a complaint please speak to Mr Harish Savania, Complaints Manager, as soon as you can. The matter will be handled in line with the NHS national procedure. If we cannot resolve the problem or you do not want to raise it directly with us, you can contact your local health authority. |
